To resolve the 'Canon printer not printing' problem, use the printer trouble-shooter application. The built-in trouble-shooter in Windows can inspect and repair your Canon printer. To activate the printer trouble-shooter, click the icon shown below. Type "troubleshoot" after you've struck the Windows logo design secret. In the search suggestion field, choose Troubleshoot.
